There are reasons for this.

1. Probably the least important case. People who buy accounts or abuse calibrating phase to get high mmr accounts.
2. Players with insanely high mmr. ~6.5k or more. Those players don't really shine at all when matched with players below that, ofc only to a certain degree, there is a line (~5.5). They make the game imbalanced, let it be in their favour or not.
3. In general there are less players of a very high mmr, so there will be a wider spread of different mmr values.

"(5% is screwing up and making too much mistakes which is fine)"
everyone is screwing up at some point, so you might aswell be the retard you cry about,

"In 80% the fact that you lose or win depends on your teammates."
You say that if wasn't intended like that. Dota is a 5o5 game, ofc your win/lose depends on your teammates. Only if you are (way) above your level, you can solo carry the game. Which in reverse means that you probably are in the correct bracket.PernodColahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04322512850787600914noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7267687689646010501.post-72727633112230733212014-04-09T14:58:53.020-07:002014-04-09T14:58:53.020-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.PernodColahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04322512850787600914noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7267687689646010501.post-66802966374358842082014-04-09T07:24:10.714-07:002014-04-09T07:24:10.714-07:00This is absolutely nonsense. No hate on you Slash ...This is absolutely nonsense. No hate on you Slash you could be right, but your theory only applies to a higher mmr rating than 4500+. I played 5 games with my 2 friends i na row, where we we playing really good, we had kills, ganks, nice wards and lost due to our 2 lovely teammates who fed the enemy and did not communicate with the team(russians). So the things about playing better and keeping positive mindset affects your dota 2 games for 5-10% at most, not more. In 80% the fact that you lose or win depends on your teammates. If even 1 of them sucks you probably lose and if 2 or more suck you surely lose. If you get russians you can't communicate with them and lose. If you get ragers who afk you lose. The only truth in mmr system of Dota 2 is this : if you get good teammates you 95% win (5% is screwing up and making too much mistakes which is fine), but on the other hand if you get russians, noobs, flamers, ragers, afkers, yoloers you lose and oyu can't do anything about it. This is my personal experience for over 200 games :) (Nothing applies from here for team games where you go 5 man dota) Peace out guys :) GL HFAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14133170082181890726noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7267687689646010501.post-53815324787407463352014-04-07T02:17:45.004-07:002014-04-07T02:17:45.004-07:00For a 17 year old kid, you are freakishly mature! ...For a 17 year old kid, you are freakishly mature!
